Pure Air - hvilken forskel gør det?

Jeg går og kigger efter en halvgammel Touran (2016+), og kan se at nogle af dem har noget Pure Air (det står på midterkonsollen) men ikke noget særskilt angivet i specs.
Kan I hjælpe mig med at gennemskue, hvad det egentlig er, og om det er godt?
