vcds first time activation error

Hi guys I,m new here and as u can read not danish I hope that does not matter.
I,m borrow a cable from friend of my what works on his laptop and I installed the program on my laptop but im not able to get it activated..
I have seen different video,s were they play around with the settings but some how it does not wanna activated the drivers for the auto itern usb adapter...

hope some one has answer because im quite stuck

I bet the cable is a counterfeit product....
